Roger Cagle

Dr. Roger Cagle is a highly experienced family medicine physician with more than four decades of service to patients across Northeast Arkansas. He earned his pre-medical degree from Arkansas State University and completed his medical education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Cagle then pursued his three-year Family Practice Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, a respected training program known for its comprehensive and rigorous preparation.

Following residency, Dr. Cagle returned to Paragould, Arkansas, where he spent 40 years in private practice and also provided care in the emergency department. His extensive background in both primary and acute care allows him to diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions with confidence and compassion.
